The sentence is some version of:

I am only loved if I keep everyone happy.

I am only safe if no one is upset with me.

I am only valuable if I am useful.

The behavior — saying yes when you mean no, exhausting yourself for people who barely noticed — makes complete sense once the sentence becomes visible. Of course you cannot stop. The sentence underneath says stopping is dangerous.

The first move is not setting better boundaries. Boundaries built on top of an unexamined sentence usually collapse the first time the sentence gets activated. The first move is hearing the sentence out loud.

QuestionsHeal is built for exactly this. A guided sequence of questions, no advice, designed to surface the sentence you have been running on without knowing.
