QuestionsHeal, Inc. ("QuestionsHeal," "we," or "the Platform") provides an AI-assisted dialogue experience based on a structured conversational methodology. QuestionsHeal is not a licensed medical provider, mental health provider, therapist, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Nothing that occurs on this Platform constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or the practice of medicine in any form.
This Platform is not designed to respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. If you are in mental health crisis or having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. Do not use this Platform as a substitute for emergency care.
Your use of this Platform does not create a provider-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and QuestionsHeal, Inc., its founders, collaborators, employees, or contractors. Any information you share is used solely to guide the conversational experience and is not reviewed by a licensed clinician in real time.
You acknowledge that engaging in reflective dialogue about personal, emotional, psychological, or health-related topics may be emotionally activating. You voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with your participation, including emotional discomfort, psychological activation, or the surfacing of difficult memories or beliefs. QuestionsHeal, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for any emotional, psychological, or physical reaction arising from your use of the Platform.
If you have been diagnosed with or are currently experiencing a serious medical condition, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, congestive heart failure, severe hypertension, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, severe respiratory illness, active psychiatric illness, eating disorder, or any condition requiring ongoing medical management, you are strongly advised to consult your treating physician before using this Platform. By proceeding, you represent that you are medically stable and that your participation has been cleared by or does not require clearance from your physician. QuestionsHeal, Inc. bears no responsibility for any health event, complication, or deterioration that occurs in connection with your use of the Platform.
If at any point during a session you disclose information suggesting that you or another person may be in imminent danger (including suicidal intent, intent to harm another person, or acute medical emergency), the Platform will suspend the session and direct you to appropriate emergency resources. In cases where there is a credible threat of imminent harm to an identifiable third party, QuestionsHeal, Inc. reserves the right to disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUESTIONSHEAL, INC., ITS OFFICERS, FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM, PHYSICAL HARM, OR DEATH, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER QUESTIONSHEAL WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Unicoi County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
To use the paid features of QuestionsHeal you must create an account and be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
The Platform operates on a credit system called Healing Questions ("HQs"). Each question the guide asks during a session uses one HQ, and a "session" is a single guided self-inquiry conversation that typically uses roughly 50 to 70 HQs. HQs and sessions are access credits usable within the Platform only. They have no cash value, are not currency or a stored-value instrument, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
New users receive one free session (currently 100 HQs) with no payment and no credit card required. After signing up you have a limited time (currently seven days) to begin and complete your first free session. Unused free-trial HQs may expire at the end of that period or upon completion of the trial session.
QuestionsHeal offers monthly and yearly subscriptions at the prices shown at checkout. Each subscription includes a recurring allotment of HQs for each billing period. A time-limited discounted "Welcome Offer" may be presented after you complete your first session; standard pricing applies otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize QuestionsHeal and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Card details are handled by our processor and are not stored by QuestionsHeal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep your access and any remaining subscription HQs until that period ends, and you will not be charged again. When the period ends, the subscription lapses and the recurring subscription HQs are removed. Any permanent (bonus) HQs you have purchased, received as a gift, or earned remain on your account (see Section 15). Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as stated in Section 16.
Active subscribers may purchase one-time add-on packs of additional HQs at the price shown at checkout. Add-on HQs are permanent (see Section 15), and add-on packs may be purchased as often as you wish.
Two kinds of HQs are treated differently:
Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. As a courtesy, you may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of a purchase if the purchased HQs or session access have not been used, by contacting drmoshe@questionsheal.com. Refunds for gifts are addressed in Section 17. We may decline refund requests that we reasonably determine to be abusive.
A registered user (the "Purchaser") may buy a gift for another person (the "Recipient"). A gift is a single one-time charge to the Purchaser; it is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and the Recipient is never charged. Two gift options are offered: a one-time pack of bonus Healing Questions that do not expire for the Recipient, and a full year of subscriber-level access that provides twelve months and then ends, returning the Recipient to the free tier unless they choose to subscribe. After payment, the Recipient receives an email with a single-use link to claim the gift by signing in to or creating an account. The Purchaser may send the gift immediately or schedule it for a future date, and may send it anonymously. By entering a Recipient's email address, the Purchaser confirms they have permission to send a gift and a message to that address. When a paid gift is claimed, the Purchaser may receive bonus HQs as a thank-you; buying a gift for your own account does not earn this reward. A gift purchase may be refunded within twenty-four (24) hours if it has not yet been claimed.
Individuals and organizations may apply to the QuestionsHeal Partner program. Applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion, and approval is not guaranteed. Approved Partners receive a unique referral code and may earn a commission on subscriptions purchased by members they refer, on the current program terms made available to Partners (currently a percentage of monthly subscription payments for a limited number of months, or a one-time amount for an annual subscription). Commissions are paid by Venmo. A Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or joint venturer of QuestionsHeal, and may not represent or bind QuestionsHeal. Partners who promote QuestionsHeal must clearly and conspicuously disclose their paid relationship wherever they share, in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines and applicable law. Partners are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions earned and may be required to provide a Form W-9 (or equivalent) before payment. Self-referral, spam, false or misleading claims, misuse of our trademarks, and other deceptive conduct are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate a Partner, withhold or reverse commissions, and modify or discontinue the program at our discretion, including for fraud, abuse, or non-disclosure.

Your session data and personal reflections are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
If you choose to opt in to SMS reminders during session scheduling, you will receive one text message per scheduled session from QuestionsHeal (or its service providers) at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Engagement & Informed Consent at any time. Continued use of QuestionsHeal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
